Testimony- tired and refreshed

I was so tired yesterday and thought can sleep, instead of reading my Bible.

I just lied down on my bed and took the Wimh  cheat sheet to revise the topic direction. I was able to revise them and I could find physically, I am feeling rest full. In course of time, I could finish I am topic as well and slept off.

God gave me very good sleep and I could feel I m rested in his word and I could say that I started my morning with all freshness and peace. When we are so tired, we feel reading a bible makes us much more tired. But the truth is God's word gives us rest. Personally experienced this.

Testimony -peace &love to family

I would like to share a small testimony happened Last weekend,  my in-laws, my husband all made me anger and so many angry thoughts running over my mind.

Before I open up my mouth. the verses from LOVE came to my mind. LOVE Challenge :P and  also another verse ‘I have been crucified with Christ from Galatians 2:20’ all these verses God spoke to me. Finally I surrender to God, saying God please help me.. you wont believe me, that God changed my heart completely at that time.

Though I didn’t do any mistakes , heart filled with LOVE I spoke to my in-law. She was very happy and me also happy. Now our house is filled with God’s Peace.. All Glory and Honour belongs to our LORD.  I believe, since the Word of God is hidden in our heart, for sure it will pop up at the right time.  I Use Word of God practically like this to treat ppl better.

Testimony- goodwill to mil

would like to share my testimony here...though it's kind of personal... I and my mother in law had so many understanding issues in the beginning.... I never thought in my life there will be a person who would hate me so much. But

I was always silent and kept my mouth shut and would confess many verses(be still, God will fight for you, do not be afraid of men, wait patiently, so many other verses) ....  I always wanted to show her that I love her and respect her..... Just  because his words says so....to love those who hate you....etc... Days passed by....

Recently I heard that my mother in law has told one of my husband's friend that "Hannah is a good girl and I have no issues with her" .. this I am saying just to glorify God and encourage you....

As long as we don't read or keep his words in our hearts we will not understand how His words will work in our life.... 🙂😊

Testimony- FGB and generation

A small(long) testimony
I know there are many who teach their kids God's word at a very young age( even 2+), whole chapter.. but to me  as a FGB(first gen Blvr), I had no idea where to start and how to teach, as I had never been to Sunday school. After marriage my only church, was  rockers flshp.

Later moved to SG with family(my first kid was 1.5 yrs then), away from f'ship in a foreign land no known faces, alienated from God. God being faithful as always, brought me back to His love. Helped me  yearn for the lost first love. Helped my kids to attend Sunday school last year. Know His word more. But this year they couldn't, but am holding on to His promise. One who called is faithful n He will fulfil it.

As I repeat the WIMH verses to my 8 yr old daughter, she learnt them  even without knowing. She can continue UT1 even when I stammer /get stuck. My 5yr old younger one also so excited to check my recital. And also join me at times. Praising God for His faithfulness.

Testimonies- Forgiveness

I had a fight with my husband that day. I couldn't get over it. How could he do something like that!

Later that night, before going to bed, I say my usual prayers. But that night I just couldn't. When you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him... it was ringing in my mind so loud, that I couldn't even start 'dear Lord,'. I went to my husband, asked sorry for my behaviour and reconciled and only then I could pray and sleep that night.

Whenever something overwhelms me, and I am worried sick, God speaks to me instantly. 'Do not be anxious about anything!..
The Peace words are so comforting.

Since I started using God's word as a sword, I have no fear. Absolutely no fear!

[8/11, 2:34 PM] Sara‬: Im not sure what to tell exactly. But the benefits i got is sooo much. Like this very much. ‬ Thanks for all who encouraged. Its been long time since i memorized more verses. This really helps in memorizing more. Earlier i didnt expect that i too will be able to give exam along with others . Now i too wrote Memorized verses changes the way i think and supporting and strengthening in different times. Wonderful initiative. Happy to learn with you all. Thanks for question setters, those who gave verse and motivation. Glory be to God!

[8/11, 12:57 PM] Saras: Praise God for this opportunity. Actually I started to memorize only before a week after encouragement from Dev n Suba. By God's grace completed all 6 topics n wrote the exam yest. My mom saw me walkin with the paper memorizing verses whole Thursday n she said wat exam I m preparing for. God is awesome. He gave all words in this topics itself to answer her. (Like wen she asked y should i memorize. I was able to say coz Bible says word of God is living so wen we memorize it is easier for us to listen to God) . Thank God for this WIMH team

[8/11, 11:31 AM}]Daffy Praise the Lord! Thank the Lord for the opportunity He gave me to write the exam!‬ Never have i ever enjoyed writing an Exam in entire my life . I was able to relish every word of those verses... The verses spoke to me more when i wrote the exam than when I memorized them. Now am more eager to learn rest of the topics! This is so encouraging...

[8/11, 11:39 AM] Bhavishya: It's a very nice initiative taken by the WIMH team....glory to God for this revival. Writing exam remembered the memories of my childhood ... Also, every word I memorized is making me to rethink wen I won't do it in action. For example, rejoicing...in all situations...it's very hard...but word says so...these verses actually shoot us to b righteous and be kind.

Testimonies - Peace

Just wanted to say a big thanks to all of you for the WIMH group. I'm truly blessed by some verses which are coming into my mind, even without my knowledge. Especially, the peace that God put in my heart is so amazing. Glory to God. - Bhavi 31 Aug 2018.
