Guidelines for new comers.
WIMH is based on PSalms 119:11 - I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
An earnest desire- hunger and thirst to memorise God's word.
History
WIMH verses was originally created in 2010, when one of our Rocker was alone in onsite. Loneliness, worry, fear, depression loomed above, and God rescued through these verses.3 verses under one topic in a week - was the target, and it led to 52 topics that year in 2010. We had partners to hold ourselves accountable, and we had many memorise God's word. Verses are in http://hidetheminyourheart.blogspot.com/2010/04/verses-so-far.html and others are in separate links- under each week of 2010.
In 2018, through couple of Rockers, God planted the desire to memorise again, this time with written ( read handwritten) tests.
so we have Unit Test 1(UT1), UT2, Quarterly and UT3, UT4, Half yearly and so on. .
Each Unit test is combination of 6 topics.
The question pattern is like

2. Match the following
3. Picture Match.

ReplyDeleteList of all Bible verses
DeleteVery useful ministry, this is the right chances to improve my biblical knowledge...
ReplyDeleteI was so tired yesterday and thought can sleep, instead of reading my Bible. I just lied down on my bed and took the cheat sheet to revise the topic direction. I was able to revise them and I could find physically, I am feeling rest full. In course of time, I could finish I am topic as well and slept off. God gave me very good sleep and I could feel I m rested in his word and I could say that I started my morning with all freshness and peace. When we are so tired, we feel reading a bible makes us much more tired. But the truth is God's word gives us rest. Personally experienced this.
